• Solid Carbide Chucking Reamers • Solid carbide reamers can be used successfully in a broad range of ferrous metals. In hardened steel Rc 40 or greater, solid carbide reamers are the only realistic choice. Recommended for general purpose reaming in most materials. • Tolerances: 3/8″ and smaller +.0001 / +.0003 over 3/8″ +.0001 / +.0004 • Right hand cutting with straight flutes and a 45° lead cutting angle • Micrograin 10% cobalt C–2 grade. • Well suited for ferrous metals, and for many nonferrous and non-metallic materials. • Sizes up to .253 are 4 Flute Sizes over .253 are 6 Flute
